Your PAN card will not work from 1st April if you don't link it to the Aadhaar

Link Aadhar and PAN if not you will be penalized here's how we can avoid it...

It is necessary and essential to link Aadhar and PAN cards as per section 234H which is added to income tax act 1961 under Finance bill 2021.

The deadline given to link both the cards is 31st March 2021.....

If not linked PAN card is not valid and cannot be used for further financial transactions.

It may impact many activities and services like opening bank accounts, banking services, mutual funds, etc.

Not only that we will be penalized and need to pay the amount of 1000/- 

The deadline for this so small (till 31st March) and there are no expectations that this could be extended because the budget proposals will come into existence from April 1, 2021.

HOW TO LINK PAN AND Aadhar :

1) Open the IT department's filing portal CLICK HERE: "LINK PAN-Aadhar"

2)On the left side click on the Link Aadhar section.

3) Enter the valid and required details like PAN and Aadhar numbers and name.

4)Fill the CAPTCHA.

5)Then Click on the 'link-Aadhar' hyperlink and PAN Aadhar linking will get completed.

6) We can also check the status of our application CLICK HERE: "KNOW YOUR STATUS OF APPLICATION"

Via SMS  :

PAN and Aadhar can be linked through SMS services.

Just we need to send one SMS to '567678' or '56161' from your registered mobile number.
